Wild amaranth with crucian

Ingredients:

1 white crucian fish
5-10 wild amaranth roots
1 handful of haricot beans
1 handful of adzuki beans
5 candied dates

Instructions:

Clean out the scales, the gills and the insides of the white crucian. Put the fish into a casserole pot with the wild amaranth roots, haricot beans and adzuki beans. Add enough water to submerge the ingredients. Boil the water and then simmer and cook for about two hours. Finally add the dates and cook for several minutes more. Finally add some salt.
